These days, many people don’t get the right amount of sleep or their sleep is not restful. The lack of sleep is believed to be the main reason of poor performance in the everyday tasks (you are facing with difficulties such as not remembering where you put your files, car keys etc)

If you want to enhance your memory, you must develop healthy sleeping routine. You must try to sleep 6-8 hours per day. It’s recommended following certain sleeping plan such as going to bed at the same time every night and getting up at the same morning time. Sometimes it’s quite difficult to follow this routine. As every other part of the body, the brain needs exercise to stay in shape. The best brain exercises are those who break your daily routine and challenge you to think in a new way. For an example, solving crossword puzzles or playing hidden object games are definitely good brain exercises. They are fun and they challenge you to solve different kinds of problems.
