This dish is extremely healthy and full of antioxidants, it’s full of cancer-fighting agents, full of probiotic building agents, anti-inflammatory, lots of Vitamin C, great for gout, lowers cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, and so much more. And this dish can be made the day before and allowed to marinade overnight making it even tastier. And with all the color in this salad, it makes a perfect dish for a holiday table… and this dish is very filling.
