Let us liken our minds to the measure of a cup full, per say.
No matter what the substance is, only what is within can stay.

Our cups may have formerly been filled with laughter, and joy inside.
Then after a traumatic event(s) only fear, and anger may stubbornly abide.

Thoughts of the mind can fill up with either good thoughts, or bad.
Those of us with PTSD tend to have vessels filled with what is sad.

If this is the case, then we need to pour out sadness to make room.
Prayerful contemplation allows this, like cleaning the mind with a broom!

It may take awhile to clean out what our trauma’s tenancy has done.
How long our cup has been filled with PTSD determines healing for some.

Then again, we need to become thirsty for something more then what we have.
Releasing the drink of blame, anger, and guilt produces a healing salve.

Psalms 37:8 warns giving place to the devil, as angry thoughts delays release.
Continuing to drink the cup of anger keeps the mind stagnant, without peace.

It becomes thickened, dark, oil that does not allow other fragrant liquids in.
The sweet emotions of happiness of little things cannot be poured within.

Each of us has a destiny, and purpose that has been pre-determined by Source.
“Who is that?” you might ask, and the answer is God in the Universe, or course!

Even though destiny has been put in motion, an angry disposition will stall it.
We need to pour out wrath that has prevented our success, and creativity to stay lit.

This is where a helping, healing hand can pour out the oil using Qigong energy.
Where healthy emotions have been blocked, clearing out is done so neatly.

An experienced practitioner will explain that anger creates blocked, body organs.
The liver system affects the fingernails, gall bladder, and eyes where illness begins.

Simply put, negative emotions that continue wear away a healthy body, too.
Using Qigong energy healing helps us to clear the emotions that keep us blue.

If our organs, and energy channels are kept flowing, so will we stay healthily fit.
Trust me, having a relaxed energy healing session will not hurt a bit!

Once our vital organs, and energy channels are cleared we can be positively free.
Removing emotional walls around our hearts improves communication, you see.

With blocked emotions there is no room to make a change in our daily life.
Repetitious thoughts (that haunt from the past) will continue to keep us in strife.

Most assuredly, we all were created with the innate ability to self-heal.
Learning this ancient 5,000-year-old-Chinese healing art is a big deal!

There is a similar method used by the Japanese, called Reiki healing energy.
Both practices have the same premise to release blocked passages to be free.

There is one more thing, once we have had our channels open, and emotions clear.
That is to give God and/or Creator thanks for a new beginning for our lives to steer!
