Here is a wonderful and super tasty stir fry that will keep you going for hours. Most stir fries don’t have much that keeps you going for a long time, but with all the potatoes in this recipe… you will feel full. And this recipe is full of great healing nutrients. Full of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory agents, lowers cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, full of Vitamin C, and much more. And this stir fry is super simple to make… only takes 15 minutes.

Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe:


4 - Cups of Cooked Organic Potatoes - Cut into Large Cubes

4 - Cups of Any Kind of Organic Spinach - Chopped

1 - Large Organic Orange or Red Bell Pepper - Cut into Strips

2 - Cups of Cooked Organic Carrots - Chopped

1 - Cup of Organic Yellow or White Onion - Chopped or Rings

1/2 - Cup of Organic Ginger - Sliced

8 - Cloves of Organic Garlic - Sliced

2 - Tablespoons of Organic Garlic Powder

2 - Organic Low-Sodium Veggie Bouillon Cubes

2 - Tablespoons of A-1 Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce — gives it a nice spicy tang

1 - Tablespoon of Mrs. Dash Seasoning

Enough Filtered Water to Sauté Everything

Take everything and add it to a wok on high heat with a little bit of water and keep it all moving fast. When it wilts just a bit it’s ready to serve.

You could place this onto of some cooked organic brown rice.
